Our newest client JAZ IT UP sent in some of their products for us to try. They all sounded amazing, but I choose to take home the Fish and Seafood seasoning, because I was making salmon that night. I normally do not like to try anything else on my fish except what I have been using for years. I am so glad that I choose to mix it up, because I LOVED this seasoning blend! I first rubbed the meat in with A LOT of olive oil and then sprinkled the seasoning while working it into the meat. I squoze half a lemon and topped with basil leaves. I also made some veggie skewers to go with, since I was feeling like being healthy that day.

The fish turned out AMAZING and I absolutely love the fish seasoning. It will definitely be a staple in my kitchen for now on.

You can order it here.

Enjoy!
